Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.
Delivery times
We currently ship to the United States. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak holiday volume.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Your tracking number is sent by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at hello@hersys.store with your order number and we'll make it right.
