Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive in 7–15 business days in the US. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more ship free.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account to see your order status. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it ships. Email hello@hersys.store with your order number as soon as possible.

Steam Eye Mask

How does it warm up?

Each mask is sealed in its own pouch. Once you open it, air activates the warming layer inside. No microwave, cord or batteries.

Is it reusable?

No. Each mask is single-use so it's fresh and clean every time.

Can I wear it in bed?

Yes, many people use it while winding down. Take it off once it has cooled.

Can I wear it with contact lenses?

Please remove your contacts before using the mask.

Foot pads & patches

How do I use them?

Apply one pad or patch to the sole of each clean, dry foot before bed and peel it off in the morning. Each one is single-use.

Is it normal for the pad to look darker in the morning?

Yes. The pads absorb moisture from your feet overnight, which can change their color. This is normal.

Safety

Are these products right for everyone?

They're comfort and relaxation products, not medical treatments. Don't use them on broken or irritated skin, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. If you're pregnant, have diabetes, an eye condition, recent surgery or any medical condition, check with your doctor first.

Returns

What if I'm not happy?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded with no return needed. See our refund policy for details.
